Kristine Albrecht at Santa Cruz Dahlias Trademark: Our farm respects other growers and the labor-intensive practice of breeding. With this in mind, this year we are pleased to announce we are a licensed seller of KA's™ dahlias. Varieties marked with the symbol ™ can be grown, multiplied, traded, or donated. Growers can sell the cut flowers. They can harvest and share or sell seeds. Customers who purchase these varieties may not sell cuttings, tubers or plants of the trademarked varieties without first signing a trademark licensing agreement with Santa Cruz Dahlias™. We will be working to grow our stock to offer these beauties for sale. Our farm will be paying well-deserved royalties to Kristine Albrecht at Santa Cruz Dahlias and thank her for her on-going efforts and research in creating beautiful blooms.
